Cheap Snowboarding

There are quite a few on line sites that have cheap pants. Try any of the links below. My fav is CheapandSteep, run by Backcountry.com. They have some great deals there.

On the number of shirt layers it just depends. Are you the kind of person that gets cold easily? Then you should wear several layers (I often wear 3 layers) but take a back pack so you can take them off if you get too hot (depends on where you are going snowboarding, and also if you are a beginner or experienced). If you are a beginner you will likely get pretty hot due to the workout you get picking yourself up off the ground a hundred times.

i have seen snowboard pants at walmart (near the coats). I think they were only $20 or something. Wear a t shirt and bring a sweat shirt incase it is really cold (wear under coat) or if it is hot you can wear it without a coat. If it is a little cold then you can wear just a t shirt under a coat.

Well, if you have time, go online and check it out. If you don’t, check out the sport’s authority, Dick’s, etc. Or some specialty shops (if you have any near by). I think Marshalls sells them too.

Sometimes factory stores have them too. My sister got her pair of Roxy pants for like $17. No joke. They were like 75% off first, then like another 25% after that.

Now’s a good time to get some. It’s nearing the end of the season pretty much.
